EMBER & IRON Barber Co. · Est. 2014
A barber giving a bearded client a fade haircut under warm chandelier light in a dim, rock-and-roll styled barbershop

Millhaven’s Barbershop Since 2014

SHARP.
STEADY.
TIMELESS.

Ember & Iron is a traditional barbershop for men who want more than ten rushed minutes in a chair — precision fades, straight-razor shaves, and a hot towel finish, every single visit.

Welcome In

A REAL BARBERSHOP, RUN RIGHT

Ember & Iron isn’t a salon with a beard-oil display propped by the register. It’s a working barbershop — four barbers and a standard that hasn’t moved since we opened the door on Foundry Row in 2014.

Walk in on a Saturday and you might wait — for a good reason. Every client gets the same unhurried attention, whether it’s their first fade or their four-hundredth.

Career Barbers

Every chair is run by a licensed barber with real years in it — not a stylist filling a gap in their schedule.

Straight-Razor Finish

Every cut ends the same way — a hot towel and a clean straight-razor line at the neck.

Walk-Ins Welcome

Booked or not, there’s usually a chair open. We just ask that booked clients get seen first.

Why Ember & Iron

CRAFTSMANSHIP, NOT SHORTCUTS

Anyone can buy a clipper. What you’re paying for is the hand behind it — thousands of hours of repetition, an eye for symmetry, and the patience to slow down when it matters.

01

Trained on the Blade

Every barber spends two years training on straight-razor technique before they take a paying client’s neckline solo.

02

Tools We Trust

Japanese steel shears, straight razors honed weekly, and a fresh blade for every single shave.

03

Consistent, Every Visit

Whichever chair you sit in, you get the same standard. That’s the whole point of a house style.

A GREAT BARBERSHOP SHOULD FEEL THE SAME IN YEAR TEN AS IT DID ON DAY ONE.
