Founder & Master Barber
12 Years Experience
Marcus opened Ember & Iron in 2014 after seven years cutting hair in Chicago. He still takes the shop’s first appointment every single day.
Owen Whitfield
Senior Barber
9 Years Experience
Owen trained under Marcus from week one and keeps the longest waitlist in the shop. Ask him about his record for the cleanest neckline in Millhaven.
Dante Cole

Dante’s hot towel shave has its own following — regulars book it as a standing Friday appointment before a night out.
Sasha Kwan

5 Years Experience
Sasha joined in 2021 and brought the sharpest eye for skin fades on the floor. Endlessly patient with first-time kids’ cuts, too.
